Between sizes? Choose the larger for comfort.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn’t shipped, we can usually help. Email support@mrwhiskers.example immediately with your order number and the change needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards, iDEAL, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most EU countries. Duties or VAT may apply outside the EU and are the customer’s responsibility.
Is the gear waterproof?
Rain-resistant for everyday walks. Don’t submerge electronics or machine-wash LED components. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Warranty
All products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us with photos and your order number.
Safety tips
Always supervise pets while wearing LED gear. Check fit regularly and stop use if you notice irritation or chewing damage.
