Returns

• You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Certain products (personalized items, grooming tools for hygiene reasons, or final sale items) cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective/damaged.
